There are all kinds of photographers and prices. My prices reflect how my clients want me to represent them on the most important day of their lives. Everyone wants something different. That’s good because otherwise, life would be boring. I listen to my clients carefully-very carefully. I’ve also listened to the sobs of brides who had her heart set on great memories but got bad ones instead.

 

What you will never hear about (due to sheer embarrassment) are the back door stories I hear. I have received those heart-wrenching calls from newlywed brides, crying on the phone, asking me if I can fix it. Something went wrong. They don’t want anyone to know their photographs did not come out. My answer is yes, I can try, but it is not the same. Sadly, the story is always the same. When I ask the Bride what happened she will say”We tried to save money” and the tears start again. It’s a terrible feeling for a bride to admit she made a mistake. Why am I telling you this? Because I don’t want you to have tears of sadness but of joy. I want to tell your story with my camera.

 

My pricing is custom created for your needs and wants only. That’s the way I would want to be treated. Pricing starts and ends where you want it to start and end. Period. I may or may not be the photographer for you. We won’t know until we talk. If your only concern is finding the least expensive photographer you can find, I would respectfully suggest that I would not be a good fit for your day. This is based on what I have tried to convey above. I want couples who truly care about their wedding photographs. Here are a couple of examples that is popular with the brides today. The Basic Package would include me beginning 1 hour before the wedding. We would continue with posed family photos after the wedding at the church. I would conclude the coverage at the reception after 1 1/2 hours. This should cover your formal things like the first dance and cake cutting. The cost of this is $995. The Unlimited Package is this; I would begin at the wedding at your designated time and stay with you throughout the day and through the reception until you say I am finished. This is $1,599. Each package includes all the photos on a thumb drive given to you before I leave the reception. No need to wait for your photos like many other photographers do(sometimes up to 6 months or more). If you would like albums, prints, or retouching these would be at an additional cost. Many times people will set a budget for this. My experience is many couples do not know what they want until they see the photos. Parents can also order what they want separate from what you want.
